They seem to be some kind of AI generated images. It comes from the TIk Tok account artistficialai, https://www.tiktok.com/@artistficialai titled Gopro footage of Mar-A-Lago raid by FBI agents. You can also see Gopro footage of the french revolution and the battle of Gallipoli...
