...It bears repeating that the DOJ did not ask for classified documents but rather for documents that bear classification markings. Thus the actual status of the documents is moot...

And if the DOJ is seriously going to pursue this vector of attack to try to justify the raid (they will; these people are stupid) they are gonna find out the hard way what Americans really think about pigs railroading innocent citizens with bullshit double-talk, and 'gotcha' legal technicalities, while actual, serious crimes go unpunished.
They are about to get hit in the face with some harsh reality.
