Delta-8 has about half to a third the potency of Delta-9 (Cannabis itself).

Delta-10 has about half to a third the potency of Delta-8.

I’ve been smoking pens mixed with D8 and THCO. The high is quite nice and helps me calm down/relax and they make me sleep.
