The real ganja helps me alot. Magnesium helps even more. Some call it nature’s xanex. Gabba and Creatine are great supplements to take a look at.
Start exercising more and drinking less. Get proper sleep.
These things all helped and maintained me dealing with adhd and anxiety for last 10 years.
Maybe Im an alien but the vape pens do absolutely nothing for me and they make me feel weird.
