My 68 year old father is suffering from skin cancer and recently had his 5 operation on his leg pretty much down to the bone.
I know there is a lot of good info on here about protocols, diet, etc. I am trying to put together some info for him because I know he is tired of constantly being cut up and into.
Any personal experiences or general advice would be greatly appreciated Frens
Thanks
Had it. Still in the Sun. No longer use sunscreen. Drink Chaga. Don’t have it anymore, and I won’t get it again.
I never got it. I don't try to purposely avoid the sun, but I don't go to the beach and lie on the sand all day either. I'll mow grass and do other yard work in short sleeves and no hat. I rarely turn red. I mostly tan.
You are very lucky. You are able to process the sun well. Excellent! Melanin is great, eh? I turn into a cooked lobster if out too long, then go back to glow-in-the-dark. 😂. I’m very colourful, but have no fear of ever getting it again. Weird, eh? Good, though.
