Its way more subtle: I know I'm being got at when old grievances, betrayals and hurts come back to haunt me. Instead of sinking into negative thoughts and emotions, I pray for the people who hurt me. Sleep deprivation is another tactic, instead of getting upset I think: OK Lord, you allowed it so I'll pray.

Satan always overplays his hand - when he comes in like a flood declare Jesus is Lord and laugh at him. Best way to avoid attacks is to keep your nose clean as sin gives him the right to mess with us. Ask to be shown what you need to repent of, what doorways have been opened and pray for them to be closed and sealed.

Remember if we are in Christ we have the victory, Satan was defeated when He rose again.
