Go back and relook at his Senator photos from the 80s. This guy in the photo is the faux resident. It’s about hair part side. Pic is right side, all real Joe is left side.

OP disagrees: the title says it all. This (man in the picture) is not the same man who is President. I can absolutely tell them apart. I tried to show my girlfriend but she claims she can't. /shrug
