I wonder if the reference "suicide weekend" refers to a mass event, i.e. if you follow this train of thinking about how when it is all revealed that some people just won't be able to handle it, that they take the easy way out. My wife and I were talking about this the other day. We figured it would be closer to a weekend because that's when most people are home - just throwing that out there. I remember when there were times when I was so down I thought about it...how to do it, when to do it, not caring at all about whatever effect it would have on the rest of the world. Something would always pull me back from the edge.

The pain, the darkness, the inevitability of it all. Just musing.
