Tell me more about the Iraqi voting blue ink. I assume this is something that wears off in a day or two? So you can’t vote twice?
Yes they made a big deal about it on the first voting after the war. They made each voter stick his thumb in blue ink that was hard to wash off. I saw it on tv twenty years ago,that's all I remember.
