Okay we all know Netflix and the rest are totally corrupted. But is it wrong to want some entertainment? Is everything infiltrated and gross? Feels like it. I haven't been able to find anything to watch that doesn't seem devil inspired. For real. It's awful. And please no "turn off the tube" lectures. I barely watch TV or movies. I would say maybe an hour a week and that's just because my husband is watching. But once in awhile it is nice to lose yourself in good movie. But they are all ruined for me at this point.

You mention Netflix. There is a decent amount of entertainment from Asian nations. I think the Korean ones are best, but there are a few Japanese, Taiwanese and even Chinese that are pretty good.
One of the best I've seen is currently on Netflix. Hotel Del Luna. !6 hour plus long episodes. Cultural, spiritual backdrop is Confucionary teachings, but the basic themes are repentance and redemption. Beautifully shot and acted.
Want a cute comedy? On Youtube you can find EXO Next Door. Again 16 episodes, but only about 15 minutes each. Also an introduction to one of the most popular kpop groups worldwide (BTS level popularity except in the United States). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgbFZFxf-Wg&list=PLmHOifGNSUr2oS1kVvoCKv01Nvu58HBDx
Want to laugh but also cry? Find Goblin. https://drama.fandom.com/wiki/Goblin
Want a superhero, romcom thriller? Find Strong Girl/Woman Bong Soon. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6263222/
Want a Romcom based around a gamer in a first person shooter? Try Love Scenery. Chinese with pretty good scenes of "in game play". I really enjoyed the actors playing the "in game roles" without knowing who their partner was. https://www.bilibili.tv/en/video/2004528713
Want to watch an anime that isn't a kajillion episodes and is appropriate for most of the family? Try BOFURI: I DON'T WANT TO GET HURT, SO I'LL MAX OUT MY DEFENSE. I watched it on Hulu. Lots of fun. Only 12 episodes and available both subbed and dubbed.
And then there is probably the first Asian movie (korean) that I watched. It was the MTV dubbed version of Volcano High. Very campy, lots of fun. https://www.veoh.com/watch/v6340476mcRnatQT
I rarely pay attention to anything out of Hollywood and have even started to be particular with my Marvel Universe choices (after the Infinity Saga). I also skip almost all regular TV, especially news.
