I remember "economists" always being baffled at the good economic news during the Trump administration too.

Every single bit of economic news I've heard in 50+ years has been either "worse than expected" or "better than expected" by the experts. They aren't very good experts, are they? :)

Hahaha yeah. And the political pundits were baffled by everytime Trump did not get indicted, or impeached, or divorced or what not.
