When Trump said he wants the Death Penalty for Drug Dealers, was that including Phizer etc or street dealers or both?

I'm not sure he will get the votes he'll need if it is just the street dealers, but if it's Big Pharma, after the truth is shown, then he may get even more votes than last time. Civil discussion below please.

Wouldn't that be a wonderful idea? Pfizer execs, Moderna execs, Gates. But didn't Trump shout out the majority shareholders of J&J at his PA rally or did I hear that wrong?
