I'm assuming she's had diagnostics like a voiding cystogram to check for a blockage in her ureters or some other xray to rule out some mass that may be blocking the flow of urine? I would do as others have suggested and get her on cranberry juice or capsules. It's my go to if I have symptoms of a uti.
