I thought that too, but I’ve come to the belief that if the amount of tunnels that are suppose to being blown up/removed worldwide, surely it would compromise infrastructure above as well as leave ‘sink hole’ type failures in the landscape. Nevertheless, that’s a big earthquake in a built up area.
