Ugh....the Nephew. Going along to get along for a job that wasn't worth all this...but felt he had to, and now doesn't even have that job anymore.

Exactly!

His mom, my sister, tried to get him to hold out for a religious exemption, but his upper management CVS boss wasn't buying that at the time. Lots of threats of job loss if he didn't get vaxxed immediately. I think he should sue CVS and Phizer, but who knows if he can afford to do that - materially or physically at this point. Joining a class-action suit may be his only hope.
