Therefore, the need for counter personnel will be very minimal - if at all. Once they figure out how to further automate the kitchen, those employees will be eliminated as well. The sad part is that the unfortunate persons held up as the poster children in these moves that have the appearance of doing good, are clueless about the fact that in reality they have participated in elimination of their own jobs.
