I had a co-worker take a ballot to a drop box in Lancaster, PA, there was absolutely no supervision at all. He stated he could have just walked up and dumped thousands of ballots and no one would have known. INSANITY!!!!!!!!!!
I checked in my PA county when I voted in the primary. We have 1 box located in the courthouse that has a guard, video camera and is only accessible during business hours. This is how it's supposed to be.

Your co-worker was probably being filmed by a hidden camera. How else would we "have it all?"
