I thought this was in reference to election and trump saying if a diamond thief gets caught he must give back diamonds

Same here. And with all the hints that Trump, Dan, Devin and Kash have been dropping, I think this definitely refers to the stolen election and something ready to happen that exposes it, prompting Trump's return.
