I live in the commonwealth and believe that the queen abdicated when the various prime ministers were not held to account by governor generals over the vaccine coercion. By not standing up for the agreement between the people and the crown going back to the Magna Carta, 1689 bill of rights and common law, she effectively stopped being head of state.
