China seems like the obvious dragon allegory and they've been having massive flooding problems in the last couple years

I keep hearing about stuff coming in the winter/fall so maybe somehow related, i.e. "winter of death, etc.)

I've seen some thoughts that they're intentionally trying to trigger the apocalypse for some reason. They think it's their only shot maybe?

three branches of government folding under the executive branch seems like an obvious interpretation. Either a last ditch DS attempt at control or the good guys wiping the slate with military. Maybe also refers to branches of a family tree? Political dynasties have been culled left and right and now the UK monarchy is up in the air as for who the crown will go to.

An island will drift away.

The UK could be a contender for this at the moment. Possibly Taiwan? Might even be more literal as theres supposedly volcanic activity around some Spanish island that could see the entire thing collapse beneath the ocean (going off of memory as there hasnt been any news on this in a while).

A killing bolt will shine in the night but will not kill.

Project bluebeam? Or maybe that massive lightning bolt that went across multiple states a few weeks back?

Black Flag represents piracy. The capitol has a dome. Stolen election, black flag over the capitol?

The only 7 hills I can think of relates to Rome. I dont really have any idea what "rock" refers to, but since it says "a" and not "the" I'm inclined to think it may be literal, like a meteor. It's a stretch.

California and Russia are the two obvious. Russia leaving its isolationism or California fucking off from the US.

This is the part that makes me think it's related to Q. "Q" is called the "qoth" (and pronouncedlike "coof" lmao) in Aramaic. It is written like ϕ. Looks a lot like a rod and ring to me.
