I think if the Deep State was running Biden with an actor they wouldn't have him be so fucking stupid. All the gaffs, falls, and idiotic sayings have to be on purpose. He wonders off camera. Forgets he shakes hands with people. You can't tell me that's not on purpose. Every time it happens it hurts the Deep State. I can't imagine a scenario where the Deep State would want everyone to think he's lost his mind.
