Yeah could be, perfect weapon, like epoxy, 2 components.
The vaccine batches have some different ingredients that react differently with outside stimuli, someone day of spraying skies may only affect 5% and so on, be very hard to trace back conclusively.
That would make sense, having a binary weapon, then one only needs to worry about being exposed to both parts.
Am I the only one who's been noticing a lot more car accidents lately? I mean, just in my area yesterday there was a 6-car pile-up, a car crashed into a power line, and this morning there were 2 cars totaled in an area where nobody ever stops or slows down.
