That makes more sense. I don't feel like Putin was all in on the DS side of things. He was probably being treated the same as NK, except not completely controlled, was looking for a way out, and Trump provided it. Imagine the combined power of multiple nation's military (at least important parts of those militaries) going after the Cabal.
