Rockefeller Foundation and Eugenics
I am going to try and focus on the Vermont side of things, I apologize ahead of time for somewhat getting off topic. I understand this is probably common knowledge, but eh never a bad thing for more people to know this awful history and how it is still going on.
I thought some people may find this interesting if it hasn't been posted in the past. The Rockefeller Foundation and it's corrupt family have been at the sterilization game for far too long.
Here is an overview of The Eugenics Survey of Vermont: https://web.archive.org/web/20090716155146/http://www.uvm.edu/~eugenics/overview2.html

BUCK V. BELL 1927 In 1927, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Buck v. Bell that forced sterilization was constitutional. That opened the floodgates for Vermont and other states to pass and enforce their compulsory sterilization laws. https://web.archive.org/web/20210201225713/https://tile.loc.gov/storage-services/service/ll/usrep/usrep274/usrep274200/usrep274200.pdf
This is a data base I found for all the states that passed their own sterilization laws after Buck V. Bell. https://eugenicsarchive.ca/discover/tree/53234236132156674b000248#!
This led to a total of 70,000 forced sterilizations: https://web.archive.org/web/20160307193814/https://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2016/03/07/469478098/the-supreme-court-ruling-that-led-to-70-000-forced-sterilizations

Vermont passed its compulsory sterilization law in 1931, the 25th state to do so. The law targeted ‘idiots,’ ‘imbeciles,’ ‘feeble-minded’ or ‘insane’ persons living in state institutions. More information on it and the other players involved. https://web.archive.org/web/20201021052256/https://vermonthistory.org/journal/87/VH8701SegregationOrSterilization.pdf https://web.archive.org/web/20220527044115/https://vermonthistory.org/journal/misc/EugenicsSurvey.pdf
A major player in the Vermont Eugenics was Professor Henry F. Perkins. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University, as did his dad. I couldn't find too much information on him to be honest besides the fact his father was the Dean of Arts and Sciences at University of Vermont, he became interim President during World War I. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University, class of 1867. https://web.archive.org/web/20220910173214/https://academicinfluence.com/people/george-henry-perkins https://web.archive.org/web/20220910173340/https://www.stategeologists.org/sites/default/files/remembrance/George-Henry-Perkins-1844-1933.pdf
Although I did find this book that contains a bunch of papers from these ridiculous eugenicists. https://files.catbox.moe/htno10.pdf
Part of the Propoganda at the time, a play produced by the Rockefellers about sterizilation: The Salem Daily Capital Journal printed Thursday, November 4th, 1915. The article, “Rockefeller, Jr., On Eugenic Problems,” is about a play produced by the Rockefellers called “The Unborn.” Jr. says: “For the first time in dramatic history the perplexing problem of the limitation of undesirable offspring which has been engaging the attention of thoughtful eugenists and sociologists the world over is dealt with on the stage in a play that we are to produce. The right of the child to be well-born and the right of the wife to decide about it are problems the solution of which society can no longer ignore.” https://archive.ph/v9igS https://files.catbox.moe/gh3n6v.PNG
I could not find anything about this play online.

So, who was a major proponet and who is considered the "Father of Eugenics"? Sir Francis Galton https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19602363/
He happens to be the cousin of Charles Darwin. https://rss.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/j.1740-9713.2009.00379.x
Darwin and Galton were grandsons of the Birmingham doctor Erasmus Darwin (Figure 1) by different wives. Darwin's father Robert was the son of Erasmus Darwin's first wife, Mary Howard, who died when she was only 30. His mother was Susannah Wedgwood, the daughter of Josiah Wedgwood—a good friend of Erasmus Darwin's. The remarkable connection between the Wedgwood and Darwin families continued into the next generation since Charles Darwin married Emma Wedgwood, the daughter of Josiah Wedgwood's son Josiah II.
There are a lot of different holes, the more I discovered about all these people, the deeper it went. I found out about the Laboratory in New York at the very end of my research. Obviously, they are all mixed up in each others business.
If you keep digging it probably will take you to the two headed eagle, what you’ve found is one of the bloodlines, and it’ll take you to the masons and hidden hand, and circles from there. Lot of crazy deep rabbit holes, you can find more on stolenhistory.net
