The citizens of the state MUST see for themselves what they have done and THEY ALONE HAVE TO CORRECT THIS...IT is NOT up to anybody else...And YES you are VERY correct in that fact that it will be RED for awhile while the PTB pull their heads out of the other end...

FYI...I think it is going to be the OUTLYING cities around the state that cause the Ill. gov to make the corrections on this...
