From a teaching perspective, that vocabulary list made zero since. Kids are taught specific words and sounds at specific times. This is a jumbled up vocabulary list that exists on no resources anywhere. Very suspect.

Yep taught phonics to ESL kids for a few years and you are completely right, they are totally unrelated.
