There was no nuclear radiation as far as i know. the 'nuke' theory has been running for a long time, but the evidence for it has been lacking. The leading theory is demolition via thermite and/or explosives.

citing it 'turned to dust' but that didn't happen in the video. you can clearly see in the video that that fell, and dust on it was blowing away.
