There are women out there who get abortions so they can look good for an important party. Then get pregnant afterwards as they actually do want a child, though given how morally depraved they are, difficult to see why. Maybe they want a child so they can show it off in their social circles, who knows. This sounds to me like something rich people do as I don't really see many lower or middle class people going to these scheduled formal parties/events where being pregnant is frowned upon. Regardless, don't over-estimate the moral depravity of some of the people that are out there. There are women out there who, years after they get an abortion, start regretting it because at some level, they have a conscience. And then there are women like these who don't seem to have any semblance of conscience or morals at all. Where those went, who knows. But there is no limit to the evil they are capable of.
