I didn't know the shoe fell off of her hoof. Judging by the photo the shoe remained there until the vehicle pulled away and the human wall dispersed. That doesn't strike me as a patient being handled with care during an episode. This seems more like wrangling livestock.

And on a personal note it's a lot of fun to watch.
