Another give-away, the "signature" of the piece is "@MIDNIGHTMITCH"... legitimate government images, brochures, videos, etc. never have the artist's name on them.

In fact, once I worked as a contractor for a very large (and bloated) government agency, and we had this insane web designer, a "lady" who liked to show off her assets and push her side gig as an independent web designer.

At the bottom of each of the official govt. agency webpages, she put a link to her own website, which featured a lurid photo of her in a leather skirt and sexy red blouse, sitting on a stool, and inviting the reader to hire her as a web designer.... it was her side gig, apparently.

OH MAN, did that create a blowback on her. She was forced to remove all those links to her business and she eventually was fired.
