I really don’t think it would be that hard to do. It seems like an elephant in the room to ignore it.

It seems weird to try to chase static electricity in the sky when you can just use water... free electricity through use of water has already been discovered and shut down. Tesla also learned how to transmit electricity out wirelessly and was shut down.
