My good friend is saying goodbye to this world today. He had a bicycle accident which left him brain dead. They’re harvesting his organs right now, 8 PM mountain time, and his family is saying goodbye to him. He was only 38 Yrs old! I really have nobody to share this with.

I pray that this tragedy brings all involved closer to God† and more trusting in Him†. God† wants His† children to be with Him† forever and will do what He† can for this to happen. This is His† will and prayers will help. Lift this up to God† and feel His† peace which surpasses ALL understanding. Don't ask why is this happening, but ask what can I learn from this that will glorify Him†. Peace and God† bless.
I agree with you on this. My daughter has finally contacted our family for the first time in almost a year. This situation, is actually bringing us closer. She was a closer friend to him than I was. She will be going to the funeral in Utah, and will be going to a church for the services. Probably the first time she’s been into a church for years. I just pray that God will reach her while she is there, and that she will return it to her Christian upbringing. Thank you for your positive thoughts.
