Many of those other words were put in by Anons doing research on topics and coming up with deep dives of information. Some of them (and odd stories) I suspect is/was a counter misinformation by the baddies to lead people down odd paths since many people already were off on their own journey in random existence theories (flat earth, aliens, deep earth or others) so they just snag Q questions and try to answer them through the filter of whatever existence theory they already lean towards.
