I remember an old Dodge Daytona Turbo I had. If you played with the gas pedal just right, you could get the best turbo boost and fuel injection combination and just melt under the acceleration. Most car magazines of the time said "drive it one gear lower than you think you should." Man, that thing was like a rocket when you did that.
