My bitcoin has declined in value by 2/3. And something that cost $1.00 at the dollar store now costs $1.25. YMMV

The fact that something is down in price does not inherently make it a bad time to buy. If anything, the opposite is more likely. The problem is that without any money out of the market or on the sidelines, you have nothing to buy low WITH.
