Feds Caught pouring unknown Toxic substance into Water Supply... This is huge!

One of many reasons I boil and filter ALL water, Bottled or tap, After I boil it I filter it Seems these fed people are poising the water so in turn they are poising ( Murdering) The People / Wildlife

Incredible. Poland/Germany had a major ecological 'catastrophe' with its second larges river Odra/Oder few weeks ago. Tonnes of fish were culled, strange foam on the surface and there are no culprits found. :https://invidious.namazso.eu/watch?v=MYh75Q092gc (copy-paste).
