Electro Magnetic Frequency.
They may have actually meant EMP. Though EMF can also cause issues with Electronics. Not to the same dramatic extent as EMP but still some issues
My mom, my husband, and I were speculating over the weekend about what they have planned for the 24th, and I wonder if this is what the "17 cities" warning was about (can't remember the post but I did a screencap of the cities). I could see the cabal setting off EMPs in a bunch of cities (especially the ones that were on that list) to wreak havoc.
