This is generally very true but it isn’t for everyone. But it has helped many for chronic pain, anxiety and depression. I can’t use it. Makes my heart race but I am not usual. Stuff like Benedryl and NyQuil keeps me awake. Some people have a “paradoxical reaction” to certain meds and herbs. It’s about 5 percent of the population, I was told. So be wary of that but yes, it is a miracle for many.
