Here's a novel idea - wait one fucking day and just release the info AFTER you have checked it...

Don't announce your intentions to do something. Just do it as soon as it is ready, with no warnings.

Maybe it is done on purpose to entice the DS/Cabal to do something stupid in response... but is the DS/Cabal really still falling for the same trick after all this time?
