VHF Radio / Communications blackout / Channel 17

Those who live by the water, or have boats, VHF radio will hopefully be a way to communicate. I suggest we all use channel 17 in the case it happens. Pass the word.

A linear amplifier will take it to insane distances. I wouldn't use one today, but in an emergency, I'll use whatever I need to.
