The Russian president summons about 300,000 reserve troops after Ukraine's swift recapture of large amounts of territory in recent weeks. Mr Putin also says the West must take seriously his "THREAT TO USE NUCLEAR WEAPONS" - which he claims have some components more modern than NATO's.
