Letting violent criminals out on that low of bail should be a crime in and of itself

A bitch (a 20 something black woman) in Philadelphia ran down 2 PA State Troopers killing both as well as killing the person they were helping on the side of the road and IS OUT ON BAIL! She was drunk and really drunk to boot, murdered 3 people and is out on bail. FYI Larry Krasner is the DA of Philadelphia and a Soros funded stooge who allowed the bail.
