Maybe it's just me, but I'm quite confused in what you're experiencing?? When I think of someone 'leaving their body' they're in some way not alive at that moment....kinda the description of someone when they died and were brought back to life, they felt like they left their body. This doesn't sound like the same description. Perhaps there's another way to describe what you felt/mean, because at this point I don't understand.
Out of body experiences are very real, just very rare. We are not our bodies but something else that temporarily is attached to our solid body. Some people say we are actually a soul. Some people refer to it as an ethereal body or an astral body. But there is another plane of existence, a reality layered on top of ours that we can travel to if we exit our physical body. You can learn to do this. For some people, like me, it just spontaneously happens on its own, but learning to control it seems to come faster than for those who have never had it happen spontaneously. I'm in my mid 40's and I've experienced strange things since childhood that include OBE's, but other weird things too. In recent years I've heard people talk about dmt experiences, and what they describe, as far as when they are having a "breakthrough" or whatever they call it, is very similar to a natural obe experience. There is a tingling sensation all over the body that gets so strong it's almost unbearable. Many people can't get past that state while attempting an OBE because it's such a strong physical sensation that it can be scary, but if you can get past it you then here the strong ringing sound and then you start to pull yourself out, and I do mean PULL, it's not easy, but if you pull hard enough you will POP out. Dmt users describe the tingling and the ringing then they believe they are traveling to another plane. I don't think the plane they go to is the same one I do during an OBE, but I see that the process of traveling is very similar based on how they have described it, and compared to my own and others' experiences with OBE's. Now that I know about DMT, I feel like I have a possible answer to my strange experiences. We produce dmt in our brains, and I think I produce a larger than normal amount which may be why I've been able to see the things I have. That's just my theory though. I don't really have any other explanation.
Holy shit. The tingling I’ve felt is almost the same as when my legs go numb, but the ringing, sounds almost like a million cicadas all around you, terrifying for sure.
I know exactly what you mean by pulling yourself from your body, I’ve described it in another comment in this thread, but on another occasion I raised my arm as high as I could with all my strength and dropped it on my face to wake up. It worked, but my actual arm had never moved. Crazy to know other people have had the EXACT same experiences as me. I’ve never actually been beyond that, I’ve always tried to wake myself up when I get to that point.
Yea i feel a lift of my "spirit" from the body. When you die you feel a pull towards the "light". Its welcoming and warm. I usually can ride the feeling like a wave and it lasts a few seconds. This time it was broken up by an outside source. Hope this helps but I understand if I am not making sense.
After death, that bright light may not be who you think it is (ever seen the movie "Soul?"). Ask who it is, even if you think it's God letting you into Heaven. Real God won't be offended.
Apart from being told to get to know Christ, this is likely the most important piece of advice anyone can receive. Try to feel how important this could be. Spend a few minutes with this thought. Charge it with emotion so that you'll remember it.
I havent seen that movie..the kids music one? I will definitely keep in mind to ask if its God. I have read theories of people going to the wrong light and their soul reincarnating elsewhere. I will try to use discernment but I feel like the death sensation and travel to the light are kinda automatic at some point, especially when you are humming and floating up.

That tingling sensation you described so well is it! It was being disrupted by an outside source. I have never been interrupted ever when channeling.

Keep going, experience the pop! It's amazing we can even do these things and we should explore them. It seems to be part of our nature.
I agree! I wanna know experience it again, but it’s hard not to panic in the moment haha!

Consider that you don't actually see light. You see objects due to their luster. Who masquerades as a spirit of light? Who's in charge of lust?
"And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not."
Which of the following requires faith? Going into the dark unknown, or going into the well-lit path before you?
