Rather than continue to fight this losing and expensive battle, Trump should pivot to the midterms and take his case to the public.

The Federal Court involved consists of one Obama appointed judge and two Trump appointed judges.

The Judicial branch of our government is just as corrupt as the legislative branch.

The swamp runs very deep.
