There's enough non-Chinese commies that will just buy it up FOR the CCP. There's really no stopping them buying it in some way..however, what he SHOULD do is legally TAKE AWAY a person's land if they can show proof that it is actually controlled by the CCP or any other Chinese subsidiary.
