Yea I know , about a year ago my friend told me all about fat Leonard ..he set up massive party’s for the higher up military personal ..drugs hooker etc it had been going on for years ,he billed the gov massive amounts of cash , my friend has been in for 22 years he’s an officer , he knows all about it and told me stories that shocked me! He never was at the parties he’s not at that league, but he said it’s something most knew about and they also knew to close their eyes and mouth about it !
