If it's a missile, definitely not a SCUD which is a fucking Iraqi ballistic missile that flies in a large arc. It would have to be a cruise missile like a tomahawk which has a 5.56m (18.2ft) length, 51.8cm (1.7ft) diameter and a 2.67m ( 8.7ft) wingspan.
