And the church is clearly, emphatically a religion, whereas trans activism is not currently legally considered as such. There's an argument to be made, but it has to actually, you know, be made, in courts. And it would be a real uphill battle.
Separation of Church and State is not in the 1st amendment or any where in the Constitution. Expression of religion is allowed by our Constitution in the public schools or any public forum. A left wing SCOTUS got it wrong back in the 60s, probably intentionally. Trans-activism is not Constitutional and does not need to be rejected by the courts. It can be rejected locally.
