Yes, you are saying the same thing. Just add 6 hours to our EST. It's currently 7:35 PM 9/23 US EST. +6 hrs = 1:35 AM 9/24 CEST (Central Europe Summer Time) CEST covers a huge swath of Europe. https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/cest
