That is a very rural county with a tiny town county seat. HOWEVER, Bloomington, home to Indiana University and that cesspool of liberal whack jobs is in their district. Promise you that is who's pulling her purse strings.

Reminder, IU is home to the famous Kinsey Groomer Institute that made headlines on here just a few days ago.
